About Us
Living to the Max Occupational Therapy has been providing client-centred healthcare since 2004. We provide community-based (mobile), in-clinic and virtual services with a focus on adult and adolescent intervention.
After almost 20 years providing support to people with a disability, we were excited to announce a new chapter for Living to the Max Occupational Therapy. Effective from 30 August 2022, Living to the Max entered into a partnership with Ability Action Australia, a national NDIS provider of therapeutic, positive behaviour and employment supports.
We made this decision with great consideration for our clients, team members and local community. Ability Action Australia share our values of providing outstanding support to clients and always operating with professionalism and integrity. They also value our knowledge and commitment to delivering services in and for the Adelaide community. The partnership has allowed us to grow further, providing more services to you, our valued clients.
We remain proud of our efforts in helping the most disadvantaged members of our community and we look forward to continuing those efforts, in partnership with Ability Action Australia, with the same integrity, transparency, respect and accountability. Most importantly, our clients will remain at the centre of everything we do.
For us it’s simple…..we love helping you, your family, our community, our city, our state. What more reason do you need?
Thank you for helping us continue doing what we love. Because that makes us feel a whole lot better.

Meet Our Team
Finding and selecting the right therapist is an important decision. Like all health professionals, OTs differ in training, experience, and personality. The best choice is an OT who has the skills and expertise to meet your needs and is a good “fit” – someone you and/or your family member likes and with whom you feel connected. For more information about how to select the right therapist, you can read our blog article here
