How we support children

We support children with a wide range of developmental, physical and cognitive challenges. Our therapy is tailored to each child’s strengths, needs, and goals, ensuring they receive the right support at the right time.

We commonly support children who experience:

  • Developmental delays
  • Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
  • Sensory processing challenges
  • Fine and gross motor difficulties
  • Coordination and balance issues
  • Attention and learning difficulties
  • Physical disabilities or injury

Our goal is to help children build the skills they need to participate more confidently in everyday activities, whether that’s getting dressed, playing with peers, or engaging in school tasks.

What can we help with

Our Occupational Therapy services focus on improving functional skills that support independence and participation.

This may include:

  • Fine motor skills (e.g. handwriting, drawing, using tools)
  • Gross motor skills (e.g. balance, coordination, movement)
  • Sensory processing and regulation
  • Self-care skills (e.g. dressing, feeding, toileting)
  • Social interaction and play skills
  • Emotional regulation and routines
  • School readiness and classroom participation

We work closely with families, educators, and support networks to ensure strategies are consistent and effective across all environments.

A family-centred approach

We recognise that families play a vital role in a child’s development. That’s why we partner with parents and caregivers every step of the way – providing practical strategies, education, and support that can be applied in everyday life.

Our therapists take the time to understand your child’s environment, routines, and goals, ensuring therapy is meaningful and achievable.

Where we deliver therapy

We offer flexible service delivery to suit your child’s needs, including:

  • In-home therapy
  • School or childcare visits
  • Community-based sessions
  • Telehealth (where appropriate)

This approach allows us to work with your child in real-world settings where they feel most comfortable and where skills are most relevant.

Funding and access

We support children accessing services through:

  • NDIS (self-managed, plan-managed and agency-managed)
  • Private funding

If you’re unsure how to get started, our team can guide you through the process.

Helping your child reach their full potential

Our focus is simple: helping your child build the skills they need to participate in everyday life with confidence.

Whether your child needs early intervention or ongoing support, we’re here to work alongside you to achieve meaningful outcomes.
