At Living to the Max, your feedback is important to us. Whether it’s a compliment, suggestion, or complaint, we welcome your thoughts on our services. We are committed to providing high-quality, person-centred occupational therapy and appreciate hearing when we’ve done a great job supporting you or the person you’re advocating for. We also want to know if there’s something we can improve.

Any feedback you provide is handled confidentially and sensitively and will not impact the care or services you receive. If you prefer, you can provide feedback anonymously, though this means we won’t be able to update you on any actions taken.

Managing complaints

At Living to the Max, our goal is to help people live more independently and confidently. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, we take your concerns seriously and will work to resolve issues quickly and fairly.

If you provide your details, we will:

  • Acknowledge your complaint and ensure we understand the issue
  • Involve you in the resolution process and keep you updated
  • Apply any learnings from your feedback to improve our services

If you are making a complaint on behalf of someone else, we will involve them in a way that meets their needs and respects their preferences.
