CURRENT ROLE:

As a Client Support Officer, I strive to provide excellent service to our clients and supporting our team of Occupational Therapists. My focus is on helping our NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) clients by addressing their queries, facilitating service agreements, and providing essential information for initial assessments, all to kickstart their Occupational Therapy Care Plan.

Outside of work, I enjoy being present and grateful for any time I can spend with my family and friends.
