CURRENT ROLE:

I have been told I am the “Director of First Impressions” and I love to enhance the client experience and support our staff in everything that we do.  I strive to provide outstanding customer service through the provision of face-to-face, phone and email communication.  From scheduling client appointments to liaison with clients, referrers, service providers and other key stakeholders, my ultimate responsibility is to ensure your time with Living to the Max is as seamless as possible.

CAREER ACCOMPLISHMENTS:

I graduated from Aberfoyle Park High School with my SACE certificate in 2003 before going on to complete my Diploma of Beauty Therapy with Heather Langton Academy of Beauty Therapy in 2007.

During my career in Beauty Therapy, I attained several certificates in product knowledge and professional development, including the use of high-spec multi-function machinery.  I am now completing a Certificate III in Business.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERTISE:

During my 14 years as a Therapist, I became a highly competent Senior Therapist who often trained new staff in various areas of expertise.  Long before I became a Therapist, I had a deep understanding of people’s needs. I am profoundly empathetic and compassionate, with an innate ability to sense the needs of clients. I fell in love with helping people feel better about themselves, be it with their physical appearance, or emotionally – but almost always both. In this new chapter of my life I look forward to giving you, our clients, an experience that will be delightful and memorable. I may not be a hands-on Occupational Therapist, but the Therapist in me will always be there to nurture and care, as well as deliver impeccable customer service.

Personally, as a mother of two pre-teen children, a lot (most) of my spare time is spent with them and their sporting commitments. We love to camp when we can and have regular movie nights on Friday evenings. I have a gorgeous dog and two loving cats who make our family whole. When I do eventually have the free time to myself I spend it hiking, at the beach or just tinkering at home in the garden.
