ABOUT ME:
I studied at the University of Adelaide and graduated in December 2026.
I chose to become an OT due to my love for health sciences and passion about working with and helping people I was interested in pursuing an allied health career. When I learnt about OT I knew it was the path for me as I’ve always been interested in the things people do, and the how, and why they do them.
I’m interested in so many aspects of OT, however the areas I am most passionate about are neurological, musculoskeletal, rehabilitation, burns, pressure care, and rural and remote health.
Throughout my placements I had exposure to paediatrics, community development, acute care, disability, hydrotherapy, and supported disability accommodation.
When working with clients I take great joy in seeing clients progress towards and achieve their goals. Within my work I value promoting client’s dignity, independence, and connection. Additionally, whilst I love supporting clients to learn new things, I also love being able to learn from and about clients.
Outside of work I enjoy Crocheting, doing pilates and gym, walking, travelling, thrifting, listening to music, hanging out with friends, tending to my many pets, and attending gigs/ concerts. I love creepy critters and crawlies such as snakes and spiders.
