To simply put it, I oversee the client experience from the very first time someone makes contact with Living to the Max, right through to the point when they no longer require our services. I am also a member of the leadership team so I have the opportunity to actively contribute to the direction of Living to the Max and how we can continually improve the way we meet our client’s needs.

I love that I get to interact with our clients throughout their therapy journey with us. Although I don’t often get to meet our clients face-to-face, I am able to build a great rapport, which I highly value.

Depending on their funding arrangements, clients often find the most challenging thing is navigating the process. This is particularly true for our NDIS clients and is why I call it a journey. There will be a few twists and turns along the way, but we will be there with you at every step. My challenge is no two journeys are the same but that is what makes my role so rewarding, in the knowledge that every client is unique and at the centre of what we do.

I am also responsible for the portfolio of customer service, accountability and our values and behaviours at Living to the Max. This encompasses improving all aspects of our customer journey and experience, overseeing accountability across the company, and actively promoting our values to ensure they remain at the forefront of everything we do, both professionally and personally.

Originally from the United States, where I held similar roles, I hold a Diploma in Business from the Australian Institute of Management and actively seek to broaden my clinical knowledge to better understand our client’s needs. For example, I have completed a course through the Menzie Institute on Multiple Sclerosis.

Since joining Living to the Max in 2018, I have developed a strong understanding of the NDIS and other funding sources together with occupational therapy services as they relate to our valued clients.

Personally, you will typically find me hanging out with my Fiancé, possibly on the hunt for antiques or shopping for new home goods. We are also foodies and love finding a new spot to dine at.

I am American Mexican and come from a Family of 6 (5 boys and then me). How it became that I ended up in Australia is I met my now Fiancé – Carmine on a trip to Europe in 2010 and we fell in love. So, I made the move. Now I work for a company that I love and share common values with.
